Reservation Instructions

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully

1. Select your preferred destination and date.

2. Fill in both sections of the Booking Form and the questionnaire, this helps us to make your stay more enjoyable.

3. Try to allow at least 30 days prior to your requested date, although last minute bookings are available at many resorts.

4. You will receive an accommodation confirmation letter to be presented to the resort on arrival.

Please Note - There is limited availability during peak periods so please book early. If there is no availability for your chosen date or destination, an alternative will be offered. Accommodation for 5/6 people is limited - book early! We may ask a few questions when booking - these are to make your Dreamstay more enjoyable.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Dreamstay Holiday voucher entitles two adults and two children to 1 weeks accommodation at any of the resorts.

2. The voucher can be redeemed up to 12 months from the date of issue.

3. Cost of flights, transportation, food and entertainment are the responsibility of the bearer of the voucher.

4. You have no obligation to reserve your flights and or additional accomodation from us. However Première Travel S.A. who are a fully bonded Travel Agency will be pleased to assist you.

5. Accommodation supplied is equal to that of major tour operators or superior. Note: there is no obligation to spend money in bars, restaurants, etc, to qualify for your Dreamstay.

6. In order to provide the best resort available, we reserve the right to change accommodation should it be necessary for any reason. Some of the higher quality resorts used are multi-ownership and if you are booked into one of these resorts. This will be explained at time of booking along with any resorts conditions. This, and all other details of your booking will normally be confirmed in writing within seven days of your reservation.

7. It is recommended that adequate holiday and medical insurance is secured. This can also be arranged through Première Travel S.A.

8. If the bearer is not an EEC passport holder, it will be his/her responsibility to ensure that any required visas are obtained.

9. Only one voucher may be used per household.

10. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

11. There will be a nominal fee for the handling and administration of this voucher, which is payable at the time of booking.
